I created more than 70+ screens that covered the minimum functionality of the application.
Usertesting
To validate my decisions and improve the user experience I did user testing.
This project aimed to bridge the gap between individuals and accessible behavioral health support. By designing a secure, intuitive digital platform and companion mobile app, we empowered users to connect with mental health professionals through real-time or scheduled video and messaging sessions - whenever they need it most.
Beyond consultations, the app offers educational resources and self-management tools that promote ongoing mental well-being. My user-centered approach ensured the experience was not only clinically effective but also empathetic, accessible, and easy to navigate -supporting both immediate care and long-term wellness.
Due to this testing session, I noted several things to pay attention to and improve.
The user hesitated during the emotion selection step.
The registration process was a pain point for the user due to its lengthy nature.
The user asks about adding a post-session mini-survey to gather feedback on the session experience.
The user recommends including information about the duration of meditation sessions for better planning.
